Welcome to the 2300 East Environmental Study!
Salt Lake County is conducting a study to evaluate improvements on 2300 East from I-80 to 3900 South.
The project will determine the improvements for 2300 East, prepare an environmental document, and complete preliminary design
The study will evaluate opportunities for:
- Bicycles and pedestrian facilities
- Landscaping
- Parking
- Median treatments
- Street art
- Lighting
- Community entrances
Work on the study began in early July 2011 and will continue through April of 2012.
The project team is currently preparing for a public open house on March 6, 2012. Additional details on the open house can be found here.
